- The healing practices applied in Healmee is in no way intended to replace or supplement orthodox, traditional or modern medicines. Rather, it is a complementary therapy. If moderate to severe symptoms persist, or if in any way an ailment is serious or severe, patients should immediately consult a medical practitioner or doctor.
- This system of healing practice is predominantly to enhance the process of healing, to balance energy for the purposes of stress reduction, relaxation and empowerment. It is not intended to replace or supplement traditional, orthodox or modern medicines or psychological diagnosis and treatments. Healing is only meant to compliment these traditional methods, and to be used for preventive purposes.
- If the ailment is severe or serious condition persists, patients are advised to consult a medical practitioner or doctor immediately without any delay, to get proper medical treatment.
- For all those wishing to take up healing services, it is mandatory to sign a declaration stating that they are aware of the fact that healing is not intended to replace medical or psychological diagnosis and treatment. It is only meant to complement the traditional healing methods.
- Information given by the patient and treatment given will remain confidential.
- If the patient is a minor below 18 years of age, it is mandatory for the guardian to submit details like name, phone number, e-mail ID and guardian relationship with the patient.
- Privacy Policy: No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party under any circumstances. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
- During the course of healing, if the healer senses that the client needs any medical advice or treatment, the patient can discontinue the remaining sessions and seek medical guidance.
- All the information on this website is owned by Healmee. Any misuse of information, therapies, healing and other services will be a punishable offense.
- The founder and the healers at Healmee are not liable and do not take any responsibility/ consequences for any legal proceedings that arise from use or misuse of or resources contained within the Website(s), App(s) and Social Media Channels. You opt to proceed of your personal interest.
- Payment & cancellation policy.
(1) While booking your appointment, 100% of the payment is to be made for confirmation.
(2) Only one reschedule of timing is allowed.
(3) 10% will be deducted if the appointment is cancelled 24 hours earlier.
(4) 50% will be deducted if the appointment is cancelled 12 hours earlier.
(5) No refund will be provided if the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours earlier to the schedule.
(6) The refund amount will be initiated within seven working days.
(7) If there is a rescheduling or cancelling from Healmee’s side, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the patient.
(8) In case of discontinuing of sessions:
Discontinuation by the healer- The amount for the remaining sessions will be fully refunded.
Discontinuation by the patient- After reducing the 10% cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be refunded.
(9) All refund transactions will be initiated within 7 working days.
(10) After the healing sessions are completed, there will be no refund. - It is mandatory for the patient or the guardian to sign a declaration starting the sessions with Healmee.
