With our certified trainer it is easy to get on to the practice as they offer both guided mediation and Silent meditation as well for the new seekers. You can opt for either of the mediations. The guided mediations are frequently offered in paid sessions which help you to slowly get you in to the groove of mediation. Slowly as you follow the journey at your own pace you start to ease out in for longer mediations.
Guided Meditations – These are guided meditations which are created on request to help you overcome the issues of life. Some of them are geared towards healing, some towards building self-worth, some work on releasing self-limiting beliefs, yet others to establish connection with the angels etc. These are charged mediation programs ranging from 3-5 sessions depending on what you want to create in your life?
Silent Meditations – Well the words fall short to give you the description on this mediation. We follow the Silent meditations tapping in to our heart space. The ultimate and very powerful form of mediation. In the heart-based mediation approach to life, you will be able to live each moment by the heart. It is to live naturally, in tune with the qualities of a heart enlightened and refined through spiritual practice. The object of Meditation is union with the higher self, the source and that is also the meaning and the purpose of Yoga. In this meditation, we meditate upon the source of the divine light connection within our heart.
This meditation way gives us an opportunity to bring balance and alignment to our life by working on below points.
- It delivers balance and remind us Life is Here and NowWe have roots in the past but the future depends on what I do today.
