It has been a very busy in our healing practise these days and I love to see how a wounded soul transforms to a beautiful star???????????????? soul. But that is the outcome when I turn around I see my wonderful team working relentlessly to make this happen. My heart pours out in gratitude, but it surfaces thoughts in my mind as well. Such a diverse team works with me to heal a soul.
Diversity is a tool of creation I have started realising; I was wondering if everyone is doing the same job here then we will not reach anywhere. From that cheerful boy who looks after the reception to the cleaner who prepares the rooms for us to work, to the accountant who helps us stay aligned to laws, to the beautiful healers we have in this office. Each one makes a valuable contribution in creating abundance then why as humans we don’t see this in every relation we are living.
Many wounded souls come with the wounds incurred by the loved ones for being their true self but my question is if there is no mother at home to make home work run smoothly or if there are no siblings to keep the baby busy while the mother attends to her house-hold chores imagine how much the mom will be overwhelmed in our home. This does not apply to the physical realities or to office space only.
Even in our emotional lives when we have a cheerful family member he eases out the situation for us and the other one who is sincere helps us to focus in times of difficult choices. The problem is when we have limited vision and we do not honour our loved ones and try to define their boundaries in action, in emotion, as per our preferences. We need to remind ourselves that each family member brings their flavour to our family and when we learn to honour the diversity in our family we create a happy family and thus humanity. After all the divine is a creator and it creates with diversity that makes us strong as a family.
I ask each one of you reading this blog to run through your connections. Are you accepting diversity? Are you giving room to the beautiful soul to grow? This is a human problem and we all face it at some point in life but now in this new-age we have to evaluate the old conditioning as well and move out of it to new conditioning where all will be permitted to bloom and thus making our life beautiful.
