- Change your focus after every few hours in your day. Take a break for 05 minutes and appreciate yourself, feel the air flowing in your nostrils, enjoy the taste of water replenishing you, look at a picture that brings a smile on your face, dream you have achieved all that you have been dreaming
- Sun bath- The nature has been so benevolent to bless us with the tools which keep us energised. 20 minutes of Sun can do wonders for you. Don’t hide away, expose your legs and arms at least let the Sun give you a hug. Close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun shining on your face. Feel the glow it gives you as you and let is radiate when you go back to your room
- Be a beacon of love- Each day make sure you express your love to someone. Enjoy the warm hugs, Kisses and say thank you more than you have said. Appreciate people around you, express your gratitude to them for their presence in your life.
